COVID-19 Update: Due to a more compressed season we will unfortunately not be expanding our team in 2020. We would still love to meet you if you are visiting us this summer and we hope that 2021 will see us expanding once again. See you in the trees this summer!
Do you consider yourself physically active, customer-focused and with a keen eye for details and safety? Would your friends and family describe you as always thinking of others, extremely responsible and naturally cool under pressure? Do you love problem-solving, working with people and being outdoors in the wonders of nature? Oh, and no fear of heights would come in pretty handy too.
We check the availability of our team members from the previous season as well as collect resumes from March to April. We generally see a very large percentage of staff returning from the previous season so new positions are often quite limited. We look to settle on our staff compliment, including interviewing for any vacant positions from a short list of candidates, in the 2-4 weeks leading up to the start of our season. We often will look at hiring additional staff for the Fall portion of our season as well.
