We check the availability of our team members from the previous season as well as collect resumes from March to April. We generally see a very large percentage of staff returning from the previous season so new positions are often quite limited. We look to settle on our staff compliment, including interviewing for any vacant positions from a short list of candidates, in the 2-4 weeks leading up to the start of our season. We often will look at hiring additional staff for the Fall portion of our season as well.
