Cruise Ship Passengers

Ahoy there! Are you ready to stretch your legs and enjoy some of that Bay of Fundy fresh air from the trees up above?
TimberTop Adventures is a treetop, aerial adventure park nestled in a wondrous, old-growth forest next to the sandy shores of Dominion Park beach only minutes from Uptown Saint John.
Experience the thrill of going from tree-to-tree, tackling various obstacles, at heights from 6 to 36 feet! Rope bridges, suspended climbing walls, swinging ropes, spinning logs, a flying skateboard, a trapeze, and lots of zip lines are some of the creative challenges that greet you in one of Canada’s largest parks of its kind.
And, if you are feeling extra brave, step off the Flying Squirrel, over 36 feet up, and feel the thrill of free falling ten feet before a support system catches you and safely glides you back to Earth.

5 star rating Awesome Adventure for All Ages St John was a port of call for our cruise ship and we found this activity on Trip Advisor that we could bring young children to older adults. It was a easy short cab ride from the cruise terminal. The staff running the activity were exceptional in every way, they were professional, extremely friendly, hands on and provided excellent customer service. We were a group of 11 from the ages of 7- 58 and it was fun and challenging for every person. The owner manager was hands on and stopped by multiple times to make sure we were happy and... read more

5 star rating Fun, challenging and safe! Timbertop is amazing! The staff is professional and courteous. It is an excellent value for the money. Safety is ensured with a system that forces you to always have one carabiner clipped. With children, this is especially important, at similar operations we’ve seen kids holding both carabiners unclipped – very scary. Timbertop’s system gave us peace of mind. If you’ve seen these types of courses before you might think it’s just for kids. Let me assure you this is challenging for all ages and fitness levels. Just like a ski hill they run from easy to hard: yellow, green, blue,... read more

Locker Rentals

For any of your personal belongings, we have lockers available for rent at $4, for the duration of your visit. Limited availability.

Accompanying Adult

All climbers under 16 need a supervising adult on site (someone 18 or older). For ages 12-15, the supervising adult can watch from the ground and can supervise anywhere from 1-5 climbers. For climbers aged 8-11, the supervising adult (18+) must be climbing with the group and can supervise anywhere from 1-3 younger climbers.

Safety First

Safety is our number one priority (ensuring you have a good time is a close second!). We use a top-of-the-line Bornack SSB (Smart Safe Belay) carabiner system, which ensures the user can’t accidentally unclip themselves from the safety line while in a course. Climbers are always secured with at least one carabiner until their feet are back on the ground. We also use the latest helmets and full-body harnesses to further ensure your experience is the safest it can be.
In Canada, usually treetop adventure parks opt in to specific safety regulations set by ACCT in the US as a minimum. We do more than simply meet these regulations – in fact, we’ve chosen to build our park to go beyond North American standards. We’ve opted to build and be inspected to the more stringent European safety standards – ones that have been around for nearly 30 years and were created in a place where parks like ours are much more common.
