Cancellation Policy

We love to see all of our scheduled guests, but we understand that sometimes there are circumstances that arise and our customers have to make the difficult choice to cancel their day of adventure and fun.

We’ve developed the following cancellation policy for your information.

TimberTop Adventures at Dominion Park

Regular Bookings:

For our 2024 season, if notice of cancellation is given prior to 2 hours before booked arrival time, you are eligible for one of three things:

  • A 95% refund to your credit card
  • A gift certificate for the full amount for a future visit to either TimberTop Zip Tours or TimberTop Adventures with no expiration
  • Or, an opportunity to reschedule your visit for a later date

For our 2024 season, if notice of cancellation is given within less than 2 hours before a booked arrival time, you are only eligible to receive a gift certificate for the full amount valid for a future visit to either TimberTop Zip Tours or TimberTop Adventures with no expiration, or an opportunity to reschedule your visit for a later date.

Please note: Once a guest has checked in at the registration desk for their booked arrival time, there are no refunds, gift certificates or rescheduling options available to them if they decide after this point that they no longer wish to participate.

Large Group Bookings (15 or more):

Large group bookings often require us to schedule additional staff in advance. As such, please ensure that you comply with the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for large groups and the remainder is due three days before your arrival.  Please note that after this time we are not able to offer refunds for any reason, as we have to staff accordingly. 
  • Confirm your final guest numbers with us at least 72 hours in advance including sending us your final list of participants.  We use this list to check that all participant waivers are complete and to determine your final invoice.

If notice of cancellation or reduction of numbers is given prior to 72 hours before booked arrival time, the group is eligible for one of 3 things:

  • A 95% refund to the credit card used 
  • A gift certificate for a future visit to either TimberTop Zip Tours or TimberTop Adventures with no expiration
  • Or, an opportunity to reschedule your visit for a later date

If notice is given within less than 72 hours, unfortunately, no refunds, gift certificates or reschedules will be given.

Please note: Once a guest has checked in at the registration desk for their booked arrival time there are no refund, gift certificate or rescheduling options available to them if they decide after this point that they no longer wish to participate.

Just a reminder: We operate rain or shine! Refunds and rescheduling will occur under regular guidelines.

Late Arrivals:

  • If guests are less than 1 hour late to their booked arrival time, they are given the chance to join whichever training group is beginning closest to their arrival unless the next closest times are fully booked. End-time of the booking remains the same as the original booked end-time, due to the harnesses needing to be returned & ready for other customers.

Cancellations by TimberTop Adventures:

  • We reserve the right to close the park at any time for any reason (for example: during extreme weather conditions like high winds or lightning nearby. If this occurs prior to your previously booked visit, you are eligible for a 100% refund, gift certificate for the full amount paid for another visit or given the opportunity to reschedule to a later date.
  • If this occurs suddenly within the first hour of play during your visit, we will provide you the opportunity to reschedule to a later date or a gift certificate for 100% of the amount paid for the adventure.

TimberTop Zip Tours at Snider Mountain Ranch

Regular Bookings:

For our 2024 season, if notice of cancellation is given at least 24 hours before booked arrival time, you are eligible for one of three things: 

  • A 95% refund to your credit card
  • A gift certificate for the full amount for a future visit to either TimberTop Zip Tours or TimberTop Adventures
  • Or, an opportunity to reschedule your visit for a later date

If notice is given within less than 24 hours, unfortunately, no refunds, gift certificates or reschedules will be given.

Please note: Once a guest has checked in at the registration desk for their booked arrival time there are no refund, gift certificate or rescheduling options available to them if they decide after this point that they no longer wish to participate.

Large Group Bookings (15 or more):

Large group bookings often require us to schedule additional staff in advance. As such, please ensure that you comply with the following requirements:

  • Confirm your final guest numbers with us at least 72 hours in advance including sending us your final list of participants.  We use this list to check that all participant waivers are complete, book the appropriate number of staff in preparation for your group’s visit, and to determine your final invoice.  The remaining amount is due in full 72 hours in advance of your arrival.

  • A gift certificate for a future visit to either TimberTop Zip Tours or TimberTop Adventures with no expiration

Late Arrivals:

  • Because we have a specific amount of time scheduled for each group, if guests arrive late by 10 minutes or more then they would unfortunately forfeit their spot in the tour without refund.

Cancellations by TimberTop:

  • We reserve the right to close the course at any time for any reason (for example during extreme weather conditions like high winds, ice conditions and lightning nearby.) If this occurs prior to your previously booked visit, you are eligible for a 100% refund, a gift certificate for the full amount paid for another visit, or you will be given the opportunity to reschedule to a later date.
  • If this occurs suddenly within the first half hour of your tour time slot, we will provide you the opportunity to reschedule to a later date or a gift certificate for 100% of the amount paid for the tour.
